What Kennedale rents
Between the older downtown and the newer homes off Kennedale Parkway, most orders here are neighborhood-scale: a standard unit for a home addition, a flushing model for a graduation on a shaded lot, or a restroom trailer for a wedding at one of the venues near Village Creek. The town is small enough that we can often place same-week, and close enough to our southeast Tarrant routes that service stays reliable.
Crews on a custom build in the wooded lots usually run a standard unit plus a handwashing station, since the nearest utilities may not be hooked up yet and the household bathroom is off limits during the work.
Placing near the creek and the trees
A lot of Kennedale backs up to Village Creek and its floodplain, so we keep units well up from the low ground and off any soft, damp soil that would let a unit lean. Under a canopy of oaks we watch for low limbs that block a trailer and set standard units where the truck can still swing in. For a creekside wedding we stage the restroom trailer on firm, level ground near the parking rather than down by the water. Good placement here is about staying dry and level as much as staying out of sight.
The event calendar
Spring and fall are wedding and graduation season around Kennedale, and those weekends book up first. Summer brings backyard parties and the odd car event near the raceway crowd, all of which run hotter and want a flushing unit or trailer over a baseline model. We deliver ahead of the date, service overnight for a multi-day event, and pick up once the crowd clears. Reserving a few days out means the unit is set and clean before the first guest arrives, even on a busy holiday weekend.
