Rentals in an established city
River Oaks grew up decades ago on small, close-set lots between the Trinity River's West Fork and the west side of Fort Worth, so the rentals here run compact. A home remodel or a foundation repair gets a standard unit and a handwashing station tucked beside the driveway. A backyard party does well on a deluxe flushing model, and a bigger gathering can take the restroom trailer if the lot and the street have room. Small commercial work along the older retail strip usually needs one or two standard units.
Because the streets are narrow and mature trees line them, we scout the approach so the truck can set and later reach the unit without a fuss.
Placing on close-set lots
Older River Oaks lots leave little slack, so placement is careful work. A standard unit needs only a small firm footprint, and we angle the door toward the yard and away from the street and the neighbor. We favor the driveway edge or a side yard where the service truck can still swing in the following week, and we watch for the low limbs of the mature trees that shade these streets. If a unit has to sit on grass, we pick the firmest patch so it stays level, especially after one of North Texas's spring downpours.
How a rental works here
River Oaks rides our Monday and Thursday west-side routes, so turnarounds stay quick. For a weekend party we deliver the day before, set the unit clear of the street, and pick up early the following week so parking opens back up. Longer projects run on a weekly service cycle, and during a hot stretch we can add a mid-week clean. Since the city sits minutes from our routes, short-notice orders often still make the next business day. Tell us the date and the guest count and we handle the sizing.
