What Hurst rents through the year
Hurst has a commercial core, so a big slice of our work is retail and restaurant buildouts around the Northeast Mall and Pipeline Road, plus projects tied to the Bell campus. Those get standard units and handwashing stations on a dependable service. Homeowners along Precinct Line Road add short rentals for remodels and driveway work.
For events, Chisholm Park gatherings, HEB ISD functions, and backyard parties favor the deluxe flushing unit, which gives guests a sink and a nicer finish. An ADA unit rounds out any order where accessibility is on the list.
Setting a unit in a busy commercial lot
Retail sites around the mall are tight, with active parking, delivery zones, and customers moving through, so placement has to keep a unit accessible to the crew without eating a customer space or blocking a lane. We work with the site manager on a corner that stays clear, on firm pavement that holds through any weather. Around a busy restaurant buildout we also try to time drops and pickups for off-hours, so a service truck is not fighting the lunch rush for room in the lot.
Booking in the middle of the Mid-Cities
Being central to HEB, Hurst gets busy on the same weekends as its neighbors, so a day or two of notice protects your slot. Our Mid-Cities route is built to keep a retail service and an event drop both on time even when the whole corridor is booked.
Summers here run hot, and a heavily used unit needs more frequent pumping to stay ahead of it, which we plan into the schedule. For a weekend event we deliver ahead and collect the next business day; for a buildout we hold the interval until you close the job.
